However, many of our clients prefer bundling safety and security with our other facility management services. Services include building operations, maintenance and janitorial services for maximum efficiency and ease of operation.

I have been involved with Harrisburg Property Services (HPS) for more than five years and have been quite impressed with their program. HPS does an exemplary job of networking with emergency responders and the private and public sector stakeholders in downtown Harrisburg and conducts quarterly emergency preparedness workshops. The relationships established as a result of these programs pay dividends in times of emergencies such as the recent flooding from Tropical Storm Lee. This should be a model prototype followed by all cities.

Harrisburg Property Services LLC. holds a Private Detective License through Dauphin County. All security management and staff must meet and maintain a stringent criminal background clearance and be drug-free.
Our employees receive initial and on-going training in customer service, human relations and other related training throughout their employment. As an active member of the South Central Pennsylvania Task Force, our well-trained and experienced staff receives continuing education to enhance their emergency preparedness skills and keep them current in today’s ever-changing world.
Our staff works as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency services, working parallel with emergency security and management services to provide critical information that can be used as an efficient tool for protecting your business or planning an event.
Our quality assurance and program review services consist of a comprehensive loss prevention review – both inside and outside your property – including safety inspections, property/facility checks and risk assessments.
